Academic background: computer engineering or similar;
Experience in leading support teams or helpdesk teams 1st/2sd line;
Experience managing: Windows Server Platform, IIS, BD SQL Server, Stored Procedures and SQL optimization
Knowledge of the following programming languages is valued: SOAP, REST, WCF, JSON, HTTPS, SFTP, XML and protocols
Experience in integrations processing (3-5 years)
Experience in incident monitoring detection and analysis (3-5 years)
Experience in implementing software interfaces (2-3 years)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Remote incident resolution using management tools (3-5 years)
Backgound experience in 24/7 teams support
English communication skills
Availability to work on-site.
